Adobe Lightroom Classic is a very effective software for managing and editing your photos, but if you get the first few steps wrong, you can end up in a troublesome situation where you can no longer locate your edited photos and all your hard work goes down the drain.
When you first start using Lightroom Classic, you will need to decide where to save your catalog file as well as your original photos. It is strongly recommended that you take backups of the catalog file and the photos as well.
In the 2.5-hour lesson, you will learn:
- Where to save the catalog file and the original photos
- How to back up your files
- How to import and cull photos
- How to search for photos
- How to develop raw images
- How to export photos in JPEG
How is the lesson conducted?
It is a one-on-one lesson which lasts 150 minutes. Please bring your laptop with Lightroom Classic installed. You will be provided with a 26-page text in English (in color with many graphic images!) and be asked to operate Lightroom Classic on your laptop, with in-depth explanation and assistance from the teacher.
If you only have a desktop computer, the lesson can be held at your house or any other place you wish.
